This State Data Privacy Notice (“Notice”) is provided on behalf of Insurance Services Office, Inc. (hereinafter “we” “our” or “us”) and applies to consumers (hereinafter, “you” or “your”) of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive consumer data privacy laws. Colorado consumers are also entitled to the rights provided by C.R.S. § 6-1-1306. This notice applies to website visitors.

Personal Information Retention

In order for us to process your request, we may ask that you provide information to verify or validate your identity and address in accordance with applicable law such as a billing statement or utility bill. Any information collected will only be used for verification purposes. Information such as account numbers, balances, etc. should be removed from any such documents prior to submitting to us.
