Our models capture how catastrophes behave and impact insurable assets using sophisticated simulation methods and the most current scientific data available.

Event generation

Large catalogues of simulated events capture the frequency, severity, location, and other characteristics of the entire spectrum of catastrophes.

Local intensity calculation

For each simulated event, the intensity of the hazard is calculated at each affected site.

Exposure data

Models include information about a property, its replacement value and its physical characteristics.

Estimate damage

Our models calculate physical damage for each affected exposure.

Insured loss calculation

Apply policy terms and conditions to estimate insured losses.
