Xactware Releases Xactimate Version 27.3

New version includes improved roof estimating, enhanced flood form reports, and improved efficiency

OREM, Utah, February 17, 2011 — Xactware has made numerous enhancements to Xactimate®, the property insurance industry’s leading claims estimating software. The enhancements include faster and safer roof dimensioning, streamlined flood form reporting, and new tools that make estimating more efficient.

Here are a few of the many enhancements Xactimate version 27.3 offers:

Aerial SketchTM — Users can download aerial images, trace roof features, and generate 3D roof sketches that they can use to estimate repair costs.
ITEL siding integration — Users can now send requests from Xactimate to ITEL to test siding samples.
Flood form enhancements — A new administration window stores information required for flood forms. Users need only input the data once, and all flood forms are updated automatically.
Improved efficiency — Users have a host of new features that improve efficiency. For example, they can now transfer estimates using a simple drag-and-drop feature, calculate depreciation with more control and accuracy, set automatic data backups, and much more.
