LEHI, Utah — Monday, February 22, 2021 — Verisk, a leading global provider of predictive analytics and decision-support solutions, today announced its LocationAware.io solution, a powerful networking and GPS-based app that offers enhanced real-time resources and personnel tracking capabilities, will now be known as Allyne™.
“It’s the same powerful user-driven tool with a new name that encompasses the full range of benefits it offers to users,” said Warren Erickson, Verisk’s vice president of product. “With Allyne, property service professionals, insurance carriers, adjusters, and just about anyone else can have a complete command center at their disposal to network with others, deploy team members, track key performance metrics, and provide homeowners with world-class-service.”
Allyne provides a one-of-a-kind networking platform as well as leverages the GPS functionality of mobile devices to provide organizations with a real-time view of team member’s location. They can then rapidly deploy personnel to service calls, minimizing response times, reducing operating costs, and improving customer satisfaction ratings. In addition, companies can choose to let customers track the location of their selected service personnel on a map. Allyne is currently part of Xactware, a Verisk business that specializes in technologies for property insurance, remodeling, restoration, and mortgage and lending services.
“Allyne offers users a complete networking application that can help their organizations achieve a new level of customer service,” Xactware President Mike Fulton said. “We look forward to continuing to innovate Allyne and provide property professionals with best-in-industry tracking and network management capabilities.”
