(NASDAQ: FISV), and Insurance Information Exchange (iiX), a unit of ISO, announced today the release of report-ordering functionality between MI-Assistant's MI Comparative Rater and iiX for agents throughout the upper Midwest.
MI Comparative Rater is used by independent agents throughout Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota and Wisconsin. The alliance between iiX and MI-Assistant allows agents to obtain crucial underwriting information while accessing MI Comparative Rater's user-friendly environment.
Scott A. Deetz, president of MI-Assistant, said the new integration will allow independent insurance carriers working through iiX to utilize a more efficient workflow while quoting a customer. iiX is used by a variety of the carriers that write business for MI-Assistant customers.
