SOLON, OH, June 27, 2005 — ISO subsidiary IntelliCorp and National Diagnostics, Inc. (NDI), a leading provider of occupational health and employment screening management solutions, have signed a marketing agreement for IntelliCorp to provide criminal, driving and other public records to NDI clients.

Under this agreement NDI will also provide occupational health and employment screening management solutions to IntelliCorp clients.
