ISO's iiX Unit in Marketing Agreement with Modotech to Offer Integrated Underwriting Information

COLLEGE STATION, TX, May 23, 2005 — ISO's Insurance Information Exchange (iiX) unit, a leading provider of insurance underwriting information, has signed an agreement to integrate its suite of underwriting products with Modotech's web-based Internet Solutions for Insurance (ISi). Modotech is a leading provider of Internet solutions to the insurance industry.

Under the agreement, insurers can access iiX's underwriting solutions through Modotech's ISi policy-processing solution. ISi is a comprehensive insurance policy and claims-processing system that provides an array of rating and policy services.

By integrating iiX products, including A-PLUSTM auto and property claims histories, credit scoring, motor vehicle reports (MVRs) and driver monitoring services, ISi complements its services to off-site and in-house carrier employees, agents and policyholders. iiX products provide carriers and agents with critical auto and property underwriting reports, most of which are available instantly.

ISi offers rating, policy issuance, billing, claims management, reinsurance and accounting services. These services allow agents to perform a range of functions, including quoting and binding applications, uploading digital pictures, viewing reports and entering payments over the Internet without any special software. In addition, customizable screens allow ISi users to add drop-down lists, control screen layouts, define fields, design mail-merge letters and control user access.
