BOSTON, Mass., April 3, 2006 — DxCG® , Inc., the leading provider of predictive modeling software for health care organizations, today announced that DxCG's Co-founder and Senior Researcher will present two educational presentations on Predictive Modeling at the Society of Actuaries (SOA) and Disease Management Association (DMAA) Predictive Modeling Seminar at the InterContinental in Chicago this week.
DxCG Senior Researcher, Anju Joglekar, Ph.D., will present an underwriting application session on Wednesday, April 5. Her presentation entitled, "Predictive Models in Underwriting: Issues in Assessment and Implementation," will discuss common errors in choosing the right predictive models and how to best evaluate predictive models.
DxCG Co-founder and Senior Scientist, Arlene Ash, Ph.D., will be presenting in a Plenary Session entitled, "Current Research Methods in Predictive Modeling." She will share current research methods behind basic models, medical management models, underwriting models and actuarial models. Dr. Ash will also discuss her research agenda on predictive modeling for the next five years.
