Kimberly S. Stevenson has more than 35 years of experience in the tech industry, resulting in her deep expertise in technology, finance, and digital innovation. She joined Verisk’s board in 2022.
In 2021, she left her position as senior vice president and general manager of the Foundational Data Services Business Unit at NetApp, a global provider of cloud data services, to focus full-time on board service. Previously, Ms. Stevenson served as senior vice president and general manager of the Data Center Group of Lenovo and as a corporate vice president at Intel.
Her numerous awards include the Forbes CIO Innovation Award, Silicon Valley Business Journal's Best CIO, Huffington Post's Most Social CIO, and Woman of Excellence Digital Trailblazer by the National Association of Female Executives (NAFE). She was named Technology magazine's #19 of the Top 100 Women in Technology 2021 and listed on the CIO 100 by CIO.com.
She holds an MBA from Cornell University and a BS in accounting and business/management from Northeastern University.
Ms. Stevenson currently serves on the board of Ambiq Micro, a privately held semiconductor company; Quarterhill, a holding company in the intelligent transportation industry; and Mitek Systems, a global leader in mobile capture and digital identity verification.
Her prior public company board experience includes Skyworks Solutions, Inc., an innovator of high-performance analog semiconductors; Boston Private Financial Holdings, a provider of banking and wealth management services; Cloudera, an enterprise data cloud company; and Riverbed Technology, a hardware and software developer.
